Flow Home Services is a veteran-owned kitchen remodeling company based in St. Petersburg. We work inside the kitchen you already have. New cabinets, countertop installation, a tile backsplash, new flooring and fresh paint change how the room looks and works. We also take smaller kitchen fixes, along with a longer list of handyman jobs around the house.
Kitchens in St. Petersburg are often small. Many sit in block homes built in the 1950s and 1960s, in older bungalows, or in downtown condos. We look at the kitchen you have and talk through what can change inside it. Send photos by text for a free estimate, or call or text (727) 404-7164.

A kitchen remodel starts with what comes out. Old cabinets, the countertop, the backsplash and the flooring come out first. That part is messy, so we keep the dust down and clean up at the end of each day.
Cabinets are the biggest piece of the job. New boxes let you change how the storage works. Refacing keeps the boxes and swaps the doors and drawer fronts. Paint is the smallest change of the three.
Countertops, backsplash tile and flooring set the look of the room. We do the tile installation ourselves, on the backsplash and on the floor. Bigger tile means fewer grout lines, which looks cleaner in a small kitchen. Paint on the walls, ceiling, trim and doors finishes it.
A lot of kitchens here sit in concrete block homes from the 1950s to the 1970s. They are small, and many are galley kitchens with counters on two walls. Cabinets from that era often stop short of the ceiling, so storage runs out fast. Taller cabinets and a better layout inside the same walls fix most of that.
Bungalows in the older parts of the city bring their own issues. Floors are not always level and walls are not always straight. We check both before cabinets go in, because level cabinets are what keep a countertop right.
Condo kitchens come with an extra step. If your building has rules for work inside a unit, send them over and we plan around them. Some homes here were gutted after the 2024 storms and are still going back together. In those kitchens the new flooring and the drywall go in before the cabinets.
Every kitchen starts with a look at the room. We measure, talk through what you want changed, and send a written estimate. The estimate lists the work so you can see what is included.
Once you approve it, the old kitchen comes out. Floor prep and any drywall work happen while the room is empty. Cabinets go in next, set level and secured to the walls. Countertops are usually measured after the cabinets are set, so there is a wait while they are made.
Backsplash tile goes on after the countertop. Paint, trim and hardware come last. We clean up and go through the finished kitchen with you. If something needs another pass, tell us then.
